I provide professional Personal Training with a friendly and supportive approach, combining sensible advice backed by science and experience. After listening to what you wish to achieve I translate your goals into a comprehensive plan for success.

I put your fitness first to help you improve your health and lifestyle, lose weight, gain lean muscle, tone up or recover from an injury.

I can train you to reach your full potential and will advise you on how to stay fit and healthy without needing to spend hours and hours in the gym. Run training sessions are available outdoors to aid injury-free running and longer distances to be run.

Gym training sessions are held at the Unit Gym in Banchory or at RGU Sport in Banchory Devenick. I work with all types of people with a range of fitness levels. I’ve worked with athletes, bodybuilders, first timers, but mainly I work with people who have or had a desk based career and are looking to improve posture, strength and all round fitness.

Certified Trainer

I have successfully achieved the IAO Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training. I also hold the Level 2 certificate in Fitness Instruction (Gym based Exercise).

Training for Sport

I work with athletes to optimise performance in their chosen sport using individual training plans. Whether it is weight loss, increased strength, injury prevention or improved flexibility I help people excel in their sport.

I have particular expertise in helping runners prevent injury and increase distances.

Experienced Trainer

I began weight training when I was 16 years old giving me a wealth of experience to share. I have now established myself as a successful Personal Trainer and work with a wide variety of people making a difference in the way people look and feel about themselves and having a positive impact on people’s lives.

    Reasons to Train

    People have a variety of reasons for trainining but most report improved feelings of well-being, increased confidence and more energy. I am personally motivated by effort. It doesn’t matter how strong or fit you are or aren’t, it all comes down to how much you’re willing to put in to training and bettering yourself.
